TRAVELING WITH MAKEUP
I just got back from an incredible family vacation in California and (despite the time difference) I'm feeling so refreshed!
Since it was just on my mind, I wanted to pop in real quick to share some tips for traveling with makeup.
When packing I like to keep things really simple. For most trips there's no need to bring a giant bag of products and brushes (unless that's your jam, then by all means, go for it!).
MY TOP 3 SPACE-SAVING TIPS:
Pack multi-purpose products. Creams can act as blush, lipstick, AND eyeshadow!
Leave your brushes home! Mix foundation + facial SPF, or use a tinted moisturizer and apply with your fingers. Apply cream highlighter/bronzer and cream eyeshadow with your fingers too!
Choose products with built-in tools. Pack a brow pencil with a built-in spoolie, an eyeliner with built-in smudger tip, a double-sided eyeshadow brush, or a compact with a mirror!
And here's a peak inside my ACTUAL makeup bag that I just brought to California:
